Notes: 

All equipment should be installed by engineers or professionals familiar with its use and application.

We do not accept returns if the item's packaging has been opened or if the item has been used.

25% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Under warranty items returned  will be sent to the manufacturers for inspection. For any manufacturing defect, a refund /exchange will be provided as appropriate.
