COVID-19 Update

We are open for business and are delivering orders while complying with social distancing rules. Please note that during this time there will be courier delays and next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. We also have a collection option from our store. 1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Shipping Policy

1.1.6 Dispatch Time: We normally dispatch the item within 1 working day once the payment is cleared.

1.17 Standard Delivery: Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered. In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.

1.18 Express Delivery: It takes 1 working day for the item to be delivered after dispatch. In most cases, you will receive your item in 24 Hrs but sometime it may take more than 1 working day. If needed URGENTLY, please use express service at checkout.

1.19 If You are not in to Accept Delivery: If you or the intended recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redeliver or collection. If this is not done then the parcel will be returned to sender and we will contact you. We will then require the delivery cost to be repaid before the goods are resent. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to receive a parcel or if you fail to re-arrange a delivery.

Returns Policy

1.21 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

1.22 You have 30 days of return period if you decided not to keep the item. You will be responsible for the return cost and item returned must be in original packaging unopened and unused condition. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on the return of Item.

For goods received damaged, this should be reported with 2 days of receipt of goods    by email to sales@crwltd.co.uk,  providing order number  details of the damage,   images of product damage  and and packaging. This are needed to file a valid claim with the carriers.

You may return an item within 30 days from shipping date, for a refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your request by email at. Info@crwltd.co.uk . Providing:

Invoice number and date

Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product Valid email address

A return authorisation reference will be provided

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorisation reference. Returns received without authorisation will not be processed for refund or exchange.

We will review your request within 2-3 business days, please do not send your item/s until you have received an RMA reference. You will receive a notification email when your return request is approved.

Upon receiving an RMA enclose this reference with the item and please ship your item to the designated address.

Electronic items must be in the factory sealed packaging to qualify. We cannot accept items for return if the seal is broken.

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.

Credit or replacement product will only be issued on receipt and CRW,s acceptance of faulty or damaged items. Items that are returned which are subsequently determined to have been damaged by the customer and or by their agent may be subject to an investigation and admin fee. In all instances any logistical costs incurred by CRW during this process will be chargeable.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the issue of the returns reference. If not returned by this date then no credit will be given.

Items ordered incorrectly or that are surplus to requirements may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and will only be accepted within the first 3 months of sale and are still in the original packaging. Items ordered in specifically may be refused entirely.

N.B. No credit will be issued to any surplus items that are received damaged.

The customer has a 3-day window to report items that have been received damaged, failure to do so will result in your returns claim being rejected.

1.23 To meet the return deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

1.24 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have notified us that you are returning the item.

1.25 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

1.26 Once you have notified us that you wish to return the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

Exchange: If you have decided to exchange the item already received, you need to first return the original item in original packaging unopened and unused condition.

Faulty Item: You will receive a refund or replacement when we have received and tested faulty item which usually takes 1 week after we have received your item. Some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing or repair which can take longer.

We do not offer a replacement service while your item is being tested. If you need to continue using your item then we would suggest that you place a new order for the same or similar product and request a refund for your faulty item.

1.27 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

(a) medicinal products or services that are either dispensed on prescription or are available free under an NHS arrangement.

(b) a contract for passenger transport services - such as bus, rail or flight tickets.

(c) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.

(d) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.

(e) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly - such as a delivery of fresh flowers or meat.

(f) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

(g) the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance - for example, hotel bookings, courier services, car hire, restaurant bookings and theatre tickets for specific dates.

1.28 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.

(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

ALL AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS ARE TO BE INSTALLED BY AN F-GAS CERTIFIED ENGINEERS.  WHEN ACCEPTING THESE TERMS BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRAGING AN F-GAS CERTIFIED ENGINEEERS FOR INSTALLATIONS.
